Motus Holdings Limited announces Sandown Motor Holdings dealerships acquisition
(JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA) Motus Holdings Limited (Motus), the leading automotive group in South Africa, is pleased to announce the acquisition of three passenger dealerships and one commercial vehicle dealership in Gauteng from Sandown Motor Holdings, with effect from 1 November 2022.
The acquisition will further enhance Motus’ South African portfolio with the addition of Mercedes-Benz passenger dealerships in Sandton, Bryanston, Constantia Kloof and a truck dealership in Roodepoort.

The Competition Tribunal on recommendation of the Competition Commission approved the acquisition unconditionally on 19 October 2022.
